Cradle Mountain Split Sunrise

Sunrise on a different angle of Cradle Mountain in Cradle Mountain National Park.
The sun shone it’s first light split by a band of cloud.
The sky was reflected in a small tarn that was lined with the famous Deciduous Beech (Nothofagus gunnii) – Tasmanias’ only deciduous native plant.

Great shot. One of these days I'll get myself down to Tassie.
