Comment by Bob Simpson on April 29, 2012 at 6:58 Thanks Steve and Rudi - I was treated to this blast of colour in between rain showers.....wasn't expecting it but it made my morning!

Comment by Bob Simpson on May 3, 2012 at 10:11 Thanks Sue - I had it printed on a large canvas for a charity raffle and it came up very nicely!
Comment by Kevin Morgan on May 3, 2012 at 14:36 Wow! What a sky! This image would warm up a room like an open fireplace. Love it Bob!
Comment by Sue Towns on May 3, 2012 at 15:40 I find it very hard to work out with some images if they would be better on a canvas or in a frame.
Comment by Bob Simpson on May 4, 2012 at 7:38 Thanks Kevin - it's one of the 'hottest' sunrise images I've managed to capture....the colour was intense!
I know what you mean Sue - you sometimes need to see the alternatives to know which one you prefer. I'm sure there's some truth in the idea that the amount of detail, density and saturation of colour, subject matter etc. in an image should all be taken into account when choosing a type of paper or framing option....but I also think a really strong image is going to look pretty good whichever option you go with.
