well tomorrow is D-Day. My first ever hike/camping trip by myself. I will be heading up to Kosziosko National Park, more specifically Blue Lake. It will be a 2hour walk from the car park to Blue Lake and then I will set up camp for the night and sit and wait for the fantastic afternoon light (hopefully).
I will be stopping off at Cooma on the way up, to spend a night with my Granddad and also to photograph at Flynns Wrecking Yard. Basically it is a huge…Continue

I have been thinking of heading out to the snow fields over the winter break to try and find some awesome landscapes. I have been doing some research on the net, but i must admit im not having much luck. I was wondering if there were any must see places out in the white, COLD, wilderness. I would love to hear any of your responses as Im keen as mustard to head out there, but dont want to get there and umm and arr when i get there.

I am about to head off on another workshop with Tom Putt. My last one was at the magical, and awe inspiring Cradle Mountain, along with Ian Wallace. I had spent ages looking for somewhere to visit, on a workshops/tour, and had come up empty handed. Which got me wondering if there were such things happening anymore. I read an article in a magazine a few months back and the editor of the magazine asked a question. Why do we/you take photographs?? I straight away said to myself, because I enjoy it. But thinking about it for the past few months all different reasons popped into my mind.
