I left a comment which seems to have not stuck - so here it is again. I like your shot of the dead trees in the lake - great colour. The creek has a good feel to it as well but I'd like to see a bit more detail in the shadows - especially the ferns in the middle distance. I've attached an adjustment I did - but with a low res download it lacks subtlety. Hopefully it gives you the idea - and the original might look better than what I'm getting on my monitor.
Secondly, I have a photo like this and a judge said he found the reflection on the wet rocks distracting. I didn't really mind it, but I have used a polarising filter since and I think it is an improvement. Just my thoughts on a great shot - love the bit of blurring in the water, but you can still see the stones under the water.
